Who's hot and who's not as the team prepared to welcome Matt Holliday aboard:

Who's Hot:

Jose Reyes has hit .340/.404/.560 with 4 steals in his last 12 games. Reyes is hitting .329 for the season.

Andre Ethier is off to a .367/.434/.516 start this year - though his 30 game hitting streak came to a stop last night.

Chris Iannetta hit .313 last week and raised his batting average above the Mendoza Line for the first time this season.

Jorge De La Rosa
is 2-0/2.70/1.070 in his last 3 starts.

Sean Marshall has allowed just 1 walk against 15 strikeouts in 14 innings pitched this season.

Brandon Beachy is 1-0/1.44/0.640 in his last 4 starts with 28 strikeouts and 4 walks allowed in 25 innings pitched.

Homer Bailey picked up a win in his season debut on Thursday. He will join the team's active roster tomorrow.

Who's Not:

Rick Ankiel
is hitting .212/.278/.273 in his last 9 games and is now on the disabled list with a sprained wrist.

Danny Espinosa is hitting .173 since being promoted to the team's active roster.

Juan Uribe is hitting .188/.235/.375 in his last 10 games.

Javier Vázquez
continues to struggle - he is 2-2/6.39/1.806 this season and will be working out his command and velocity issues on the reserve list starting next week.
